He went through with the fly off, but really didn't bother trying. Antilles was extremely confused by this tool and his instant hatred of him. Rick Hunter then searched him out, wanting to see who this so called great pilot was.Īfter Hunter called Wedge Wedgie, he then challenged Wedge to a fly-off. He soon got the attention of people at the resort. Wedge was going about his usual business, flying around, doing the Corellian split. Also he was known as the most arrogent person there. Hunter lived at the resort year-round and was considered the best pilot at the resort. In 1985, Wedge holidayed at the John Hughes flight resort and was confronted by a cocky young pilot named Rick Hunter. He would spend at least two weeks of every winter at flight resorts, honing his skills, but more importantly, to have fun. While Wedge wanted to be a baseball player, he didn't mind flying. It wasn't until he was on holiday at a pilot resort that Wedge found his true calling as a pilot. The priests of the San Diego Padres continualy tried to tell him he had no future in baseball, but Wedge wouldn't listen. He believed he was also a great baseball player, even though he wasn't. Of course this depends on which Star Wars novel you read.Įven from a young age, it was clear that Wedge was a talented pilot. The exact age of Wedge Antilles is also a mystery, but it is rumoured to be somewhere around 381 years old.

WEDGE ANTILLES PLUS
Potency is very important because you want Wedge to score a Defense Down debuff on your opponents when possible, and Speed is a given for all SWGoH characters. Any additional Offense boost is a plus since we know that offense directly impacts CC and CD stats as well. While Wedge’s leadership value is much lower in today’s SWGoH, Health continues to benefit his use. Higher health numbers benefit your Rebels when he is their leader as he grants 15% max health to each Rebel on a critical hit and 25% max health when they defeat an enemy. For Wedge, just make sure his CC is high – he checks in at 64.33% at Relic 3, the Relic level needed in the Jedi Master Luke Skywalker requirements – so boosting this a bit with a maxed CD is recommended.Īdditional Areas to Focus: Speed, Health, Potency and Offense would be the other areas to focus. Because I suggest focusing more on Speed with Biggs Darklighter, for those who lack mods with high speed secondaries, I would ensure Wedge is fast, but put my better Speed secondary mods on Biggs since Wedge assists his Comrade-in-Arms attack. Main Focus: While most SWGoH characters need Speed as a major focus, the main focuses for Wedge Antilles are Critical Chance and Critical Damage.
